Then and Now

Everything is wonderful now. I have a wonderful boyfriend, some amazing friends, a family that is always supportive, and an adorable nephew. My life is truly amazing and I wouldn't change anything about it.

What's great about The Lion King movies is that all three of them are fantastic. I can't think of another Disney animated classic that can even compare to its greatness.

Welcome baby Malachi!

Yesterday my nephew, Malachi Dale, was born! I'm so proud of my sister and look forward to spoiling the little one until I have some of my own. (Which won't happen for a few years)

Alumni Status

Brief update:



As of last Saturday I can finally call myself a Radford graduate and a music educator.
I might also have a teaching job sooner than expected, so fingers crossed! =D



Oh and one more important thing...

I cut my hair!!! It took a lot of courage and some convincing from the boyfriend, but I did it and I love it! (I'm sure my grandma is loving it too.)

IDL competition - 2009

There are many reasons as to why this girl is my best friend. Here is one reason:

She always tries her best to make it to the events that mean the most to me. She has gone to my band concerts, dance recitals, and now she has the day off to attend my college graduation. She has always supported everything I chose to do in life and I just wanted to take a minute to thank her. I don't know what I would do without you, Jessica. Best friends forever! <3

It's been over a year and this has been our worst fight. =]

I truly am the luckiest girl in the world.

Side note: I love love love teaching those elementary kids. I know I was born to teach and am so glad I'll be able to do it for the rest of my life.

Today I found out where I'll be student teaching this semester! I can't believe I will be done with school in just a few months! Everything is falling right into place. =]
